Debit Cards

First State Bank offers MasterMoney Debit Cards giving you access to your accounts any time of day.  The cards can be used at an ATM to check balances, get cash and transfer between accounts.

You may also use your MasterMoney Debit Card to access your checking account in order to purchase goods (in person, online, or by phone), pay for services (in person, online, or by phone), get cash from a merchant, if the merchant permits, or from a participating financial institution.

Our ATM is located at First State Bank, 206 N. Pennsylvania Ave., Ness City, Kansas.  It is available for use 24 hours a day seven days a week. Cardholders may use their cards at most other ATM's worldwide.
